- Perform structural stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis on primary and secondary aircraft structures
- Develop and review stress reports and substantiation packages to support certification programmes
- Apply FEA software (NASTRAN, ABAQUS, or ANSYS) to model and validate structural designs
- Support design reviews and engage with DI/AI as required for airworthiness activities
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and materials teams to resolve structural issues
- Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ stress analysis experience in an aerospace environment
- Proficiency in FEA tools; NASTRAN experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with EASA CS-25 or equivalent certification frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

About the role
You will carry out structural stress and fatigue analysis in support of both new product development and in-service modification programmes. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will apply classical and FEA-based analysis methods to demonstrate structural integrity to EASA or equivalent airworthiness standards.
