EASA B1.1 Licensed Engineer – A400M – Permanent – South West England

Protec Technical is recruiting an EASA B1.1 Licensed Engineer with A400M experience for a permanent position at a specialised military transport aircraft maintenance facility in the South West of England. This is a unique and highly sought-after opportunity for an experienced engineer to work exclusively on one of the most technologically advanced military transport aircraft in service today.

About the facility

Our client operates a purpose-built, Part 145 approved maintenance facility dedicated entirely to the Airbus A400M Atlas. The team delivers both civil and military line and base maintenance for a number of operator customers, working to the highest technical and quality standards in a collaborative and well-resourced environment.

Requirements

• Valid EASA Part-66 B1.1 licence
• Current A400M type rating
• Minimum 3 years’ post-licence experience, with hands-on time on the A400M
• Base and/or line maintenance experience; military aircraft background advantageous
• Current HF, FTS, and EWIS certifications
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential; French and/or Dutch language skills are advantageous
• Right to live and work in the UK at the time of application

Salary

£65,000–£78,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Benefits include pension, healthcare, and generous holiday entitlement.
