- Manage continuing airworthiness activities in accordance with UK Part CAMO requirements
- Oversee the fleet maintenance programme (AMP), AD compliance, and MEL management
- Manage contracted Part 145 maintenance organisations and ensure delivery to agreed standards
- Maintain the CAMO exposition and associated procedures
- Act as Accountable Manager’s representative for CAA regulatory liaison
- Develop and mentor the airworthiness team
- Substantial experience (minimum 8 years) in continuing airworthiness management
- EASA/UK CAA Part-66 licence (B1 or B2) highly desirable; CAME qualification is advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of UK Part CAMO and related regulations
- Experience with AMOS, OASES, or equivalent CAME software
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Right to live and work in the UK
