- Plan and prepare flight test cards, test procedures, and instrumentation requirements
- Monitor and analyse real-time and post-flight data to assess test objectives and aircraft performance
- Support test readiness reviews and flight safety assessments
- Prepare test reports, anomaly reports, and technical briefings for programme teams
- Liaise with design, systems, and airworthiness teams to resolve in-flight findings
- Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Systems Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a flight test environment (civil or military)
- Experience with flight test instrumentation systems and data acquisition tools
- Strong knowledge of aerodynamics, aircraft performance, and flight mechanics
- Eligibility for UK security clearance to at least SC level is essential
- UK-based; right to work in the UK required

You will be embedded within a flight test team responsible for planning, executing, and analysing flight test sorties in support of aircraft development and certification programmes.
