- Maintain and develop the AS9100-accredited quality management system
- Conduct internal audits and prepare the business for external customer and regulatory audits
- Manage non-conformance (NCR) processes, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
- Support FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports) and supplier qualification activities
- Interface with OEM customers on quality documentation, concessions, and deviations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Degree or HND in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ quality engineering experience in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment
- AS9100 Lead Auditor qualification is highly desirable
- Experience with NADCAP processes is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards and customer-specific requirements (e.g. Airbus SQMS, Boeing D1-9000)
- Right to live and work in the UK
