Licensing & Authority Recognition

Aircraft maintenance licensing is governed by the authority under which the aircraft is registered — not the country in which the engineer is based or working. A Part-66 licensed engineer working in the Middle East, for example, may be maintaining an aircraft registered under FAA, GCAA, or EASA rules, and the licence held must match accordingly. We place engineers across the principal global licensing frameworks:
